I purchased these in February and was very pleased. The problem is that they 1) pick up lint and dirt very easily and 2) not very durable. In May a tear started along a side seam and progressed to the top of the shoe tearing away from the base. I had to purchase another pair of slippers, a different brand of course. Would not purchase these again. The cost is a lot for four months of wear!

First off, these ARE super soft and the fabric is silky smooth. But that is part of the problem. Because they are so smooth, my heel will sometimes slip off the side and because they are SO thick and cushy, there's about an inch and a half drop which would concern me. My knees hurt on and off throughout the day when wearing them and because the fabric is so silky/slippery and the slipper so heavy/bulky, it seemed to take extra effort than a normal flip-flop to keep them on. Not good for walking quickly throughout the house, which I do. I wore them one day and thought about returning, but my feet-prints were already in them pretty deeply, so I just decided to keep them and wear after showering. Not what I needed.

Love the style. They fit nicely. BUT, whatever this material is, it begins to get "pilly" and causes a lot of discomfort to the ball of the foot after wearing them for a week or two. The Acorn brand always used to be excellent. But the last 2 pairs of Acorns I purchased have been very disappointing. I would not recommend them any longer.

These slippers are actually painful upon my first time wearing them. The thong is sewn too close to the platform and is too tight against the foot which might be okay if the thong was completely plush soft, but there are stiff bands on the underside edges of the thong (where the edges are sewn together) which dig into the top of your foot and between the toes. The length and width are true to size and the platform is well-padded and would be comfortable if the top wasn't so tight.

1st the positive - Yes, plushy/soft. Negatives: I wear size 11 and the 11-12 is WAY too big! Next size down is 9.5 to 10.5, umm, how much you wanna bet these will be too small? Also, the thick strap between the toes is the deal breaker for me!

The thong on this slipper was way too tight. It didn't seem like it would stretch. This made the slipper very uncomfortable.

The slippers were true to size and mostly what I expected style-wise (they are slippers after all!), but the material on the strap was extremely tight and left a red mark on my foot after wearing for only a minute or so. I am returning them as it seems that a blister would be inevitable.

These are great but when you wash them... they never look clean, even with detergent put directly onto them. Maybe get dark colored ones to avoid that.

Bought these for my nieces...early Christmas shopping. I tried them on. I wear a 9N. My feet are quite narrow and I thought the top of the spa thong was too constricting! Beware.

These slippers have no arch support at all and the thong rubs against my second toe. Could just be me, but I wouldn't buy them again.

Fit and size are way off. I ordered 9.5-10.5 (I wear a 10 generally) and the sole was an inch too long front and back. The width was also peculiar in that I almost couldn't get my M width foot into the thong. The color was OK and being machine wash and dry was a plus. For the foot they fit, these are probably comfortable. They are coming back to Zappos.

I have been wearing these spa slippers for several years and LOVE them, until now... Just received my new pair and the left foot toe area is 1/4" smaller than the right and the placement of the toe strap is too far to the left (possibly because of the mis-sizing). Hope this is an anomaly and a replacement will fit correctly. I hope they are not getting sloppy on their manufacture.

I wear size 5.5 in shoes and slippers. But this was way too small.

I wish I could review these but I never received the package. While I was charged for the order, I found online that Zappos noted “Undeliverable” but no credit offered!! How can this happen? Be careful ordering from Zappos, something has changed here and they are unreliable.

These are adorable, but feel very sloppy on my feet. I'm afraid I would slip sideways and fall.

Toe divider (?) had plastic on it and was not comfortable. Overall, slipper was too large in length and width

Had a pair that I wore daily for a couple of years. I washed them in the machine and air dried them multiple times. They were fabulous. Living in Miami, I never had the need for a regular slipper. My feet get very sweaty in a closed slipper so they were perfect. When they were thoroughly worn out, without hesitation i ordered another pair. They lasted exactly 15 minutes! My foot slipped off the foot-bed and the thong tore out. I switched to Minnetonka and they are fine. Not as comfortable as I recall the Acorn brand being. I've had these for more than a year, and it's time to replace them. I'm going to try Acorn again, and hope they last longer than a quarter of an hour.
