What happened? I’ve purchased at least 20-25 pair of these slippers in the last several years. The last two pair I purchased tore away from the sole in less than 48 hours. The feel tighter than they used to (the cream colored pair) and not as long as they used to be. I am going to order two more pair in two different colors and see if they have chenhed or there is a difference between colors.

I own many pairs of these, my favorite slippers, but for some reason the black fit weird. I ordered a size 10W as usual and these were a full size larger and my foot went all the way to top. I ordered a 9W and again my fit went all the way to front and toes hung over. Id recommend any other color before these weirdly fitting black ones.

I'm writing this review on 2 pairs of Acorn Spa Flip Flops I purchased this past spring and summer. What has happened to the quality of these spa flip flops? I've had several pairs in the past and loved them. In the spring I bought a pair and the more I wore them the more they shed. The summer ones split at the seams and foam rubber gaps out. I like to wash my slippers every couple months and both pairs did not hold up as ones purchased in the past few years. Now I'm giving a pair as a gift - hope she doesn't encounter the same thing...if so how do I return them?

I absolutely cannot recommend buying these. The thong between the first two toes stretches and stretches and stretches some more. I virtually cannot keep shoe on my right foot, because it feels like the thong is about to pull itself out of the insole. Under no circumstances should anyone buy these shoes.

I was shocked to find this slipper listed as one of the arch support suggestions. These offer *zero* arch support. If there were actually any arch support in this slipper, my feet would be able to lean inwards, rather than continually rolling toward to outsides, further weakening my ankles. Plus, the squishy padded insole can make it very difficult to retain your balance. Not worth the money, and now I have to try to find something that will actually work.

Acorn's sizing is ridiculous. These spa thongs are at least one size too large.

I have bought these slippers for years. What on earth has happened? I can barely get my foot in them and when I do the circulation was cut off because of the tightness..c’mon Acorn, you can do better!

Sadly, I just processed a return for the "New" Spa Thong. My daughter has been wearing Acorn thongs for years, but with the new style the sizing has changed. She is a size 8 but the size large 8-9 is way too big. Next available is medium 6.5-7.5 which would be too small. She still has her old pair (size 7-8) which fit perfectly but are no longer offered. The old style was excellent! The new style will not work for us.

Not a great design. When I first put them on, they were tight across the toes, with the toe strap actually hurting the top of my foot. The footbed is so thick that it left little space for the foot. As the foam became more compressed, this decreased. However, the footbed itself is still to high, with NO ARCH SUPPORT or curvature whatsoever. It means you have to kinda balance on them and clench your toes a little as you walk to get them to stay on your feet. Poor design. Plus, they don't seem to return to normal after washing, which they are supposed to do. Once they get damp, they are pretty much ruined. The light color that I bought also shows ALL the dirt from feet, and this staining never came out in the wash either! WAY too much money for a shoe that seems designed to be disposable.

I found these terribly hard to walk in - the footbed is meant to be cushy/comfortable but, I though it was unstable and awkward. I literally fell off the shoe 3 times in the first day I wore them. I was looking for something to wear around the house and instead this feels like a slipper that should be worn in small amounts of time.

The manufacturer does not state what the terry is made of, but it is not cotton. Probably not cool like cotton. Also, too tight for my foot.

These fit OK but had no support and felt flimsy and not very fluffy.

I ordered my usual size. They are too short and too narrow. Also my heel slid off the shoe when I took a few steps at a casual walking speed. (I wear flipflop style shoes year round so it's not me.)These are being returned asap.

I mean look at the reviews. You'd think you've hit the jackpot with these babies. These were being suggested as a must buy on this site so I thought, why not. Plus the reviews were amazing. So excited when the package arrive only to get them on and they are very basic plush slippers like you'd find most places. The thong hurts like hell and the my foot slides off the sides when I'm walking. These are very easy to fall in. You have to be really careful walking around the house. Also, I am a thong shoe girl. I own plenty so thongs aren't an issue for me but these particular ones hurt like crap. SO I lost $40 bucks for a pair of house-shoes that hurt. I will be attempting to return them.

I had such high hopes for these slippers. I wear a 6.5 and bought the medium size (which is supposed to cover 6.5 - 7.5) and the top strap is way too tight. I have pretty small feet so I'm surprised. Just standing still, the slippers feel great. Lots of cushion. But once I started walking the tightness on the top caused pain. Will be returning.

Comfy sandal slippers but the quality wasn't great...very disappointing -- the slippers came apart at the seam. Luckily Zappos' fabulous customer service took care of the issue.

Slippers were too tight across the top. This rarely happens to me as I have narrow feet. I also own another pair of this exact slipper. This pair must have run small. I called about returning them mainly bc it was obvious they had been worn. The footbed was dirty! Ugh. I was told to keep them, donate them, whatever I wanted to do. All very odd and not the usual great Zappos experience.

Very comfortable, however, after only wearing for a few weeks there are several seams coming apart.

These slippers are so cute, but I'm returning them since the thong hurts the soft tissue between my toes. I didn't think I was that sensitive, since I live in flip-flops, but these hurt. I'm disappointed, I wanted to keep them.
