I have a wide foot. I bought this exact shoe in white last summer and it fit perfectly. All of the reviews said that it ran wide. Naot definitely changed the width. This shoe was too tight. I returned it.

Well you can not beat Naot shoes,but I had bought another pair that was heaven. This pair though was to loose for my feet. I am not sure what I am going to do with them. They are not where you can take them up.I am going to see if my sister can wear them this Sunday. If not We will see. But love Naot.

I could not get the Naot Hawaii in white in my size, so I tried a different shoe site (but Zappos is by far the best!). I own several Naots, 2 colors of the Kate, and 3 colors of the Malibu, so I was surprised when this shoe, which has no method of adjustment, was so terribly wrong -- I had to take it to a shoe repairman to cut the bottom strap and outfit it with hook and loop tape to adjust the fit. Even after that, it has never quite felt right. They are cute, but I hesitate to wear them if the outing will require a lot of walking, as the shoe is just a little too flat, and the straps always seem to rub somewhere. I have. Noticed that although Naot has great styles of shoes, they just don't last as long as my tried and true Birkenstocks. I have had Birks that have needed their cork or footbed repaired or replaced because they are so old, but their stitching has not yet failed. After just two seasons wearing my Naots, I am noticing lots of places that the stitching has come loose. I may still buy Naots, but not with the fervor I once sought them out.

The footbed was amazingly comfortable, more so than my Birkenstocks. The straps on top, however, were loose fitting and I wanted to adjust/tighten them, but couldn't. They're going back.

I wanted to like these shoes. I usually wear a wide width in 8.5 or 9. They didn't offer a wide width so I ordered the size 9. Unfortunately, my heel overlapped the side of the shoe making it uncomfortable. So I had to return them. The arch support felt good. Will not reorder due to needing a wider width.

I usually wear an 8 (39) but the last pair stretched so that I couldn't keep on my feet so I ordered another pr. one size down but they were too short. Also, the pair I received were in a box with no packaging other than the box and you could see someone's footprints on the bed of the shoe. I am returning them.

Very pretty but uncomfortable. I couldn't walk in them. They are too rigid.

Totally cute. I have a narrow foot. The shoe base is perfect but all 3 straps are loose. Not sure how a person with a medium foot could wear this shoe either. Too bad they're not adjustable. So must return.

I still have not found my best Naot size. People swear by them, so I really want them to work for me, but no luck with sizing so far. The Hawaii is great looking for that beachy Naot style. And I finally found my Naot footbed size. However, the straps were so large, the shoe falls off when I pick up my foot, so they will not stay on. I am really disappointed. I think I need a style on which all the straps are adjustable.

Love the shoe, however side of soles were covered in glue, leather strapping badly rubbed and damaged.

These sandals are horrible. I wear a 39 and have a wide foot. The T-strap does not lay flat and the strap across the toes has at least a half inch between wear my toes are and where the strap goes across. I am definitely sending back. Very disappointed in the fit. I think these sandals are very "smart" looking and would have loved wearing them.

Sorry, but these are the worse Naot I ever bought. The sizing is off. I have quite a few pairs of Naot and love them. Comfortable and really great shoe. But these something is amiss. On another website for shoes these shoes are rated as a 6 6 1/2 and I believe that's how they are sized. Because my other are exactly size 6 and feel great; these are just too big and sloppy.
