Terrific day pack. I utilized the pack for a trip where I would be doing a mix of urban and rural trekking. I needed a pack to hold camera bits and bobs and a jacket/sweater. This pack fit the bill and I especially like the light color which won't absorb heat as much as the darker colors offered by Osprey. I plan on getting the hydration insert for future use in travel and skiing. I was originally concerned that the side pockets would not be conducive to holding a water bottle, but I had no issues.

Ordered this product based on it's size as I wanted something larger than my 14L hydration pack, but smaller than my 38L Kestrel. I am a professional resource specialist, and also contract as a naturalist guide doing interpretation in National Parks throughout the West. I currently own 8 different Osprey products including backpacking backpacks, daypacks, messenger bags, and a hydration pack. I think Osprey is a great company, but I couldn't believe my eyes when I tried on this pack, and found that the way the shoulder straps are attached, they render the nice-sized waist-belt pockets completely unusable. You'd have to take off your shoulder strap in order to access the waistbelt pockets. This is an extremely poor design and a major flaw in an expensive daypack. Also, I am an average-sized athletic female (5'8", 145#), wearing a S/M in a unisex Osprey and the waistbelt on this back has no more than 3" of surplus on either side. If I was a few pounds heavier or wearing winter clothes, the waistbelt wouldn't fit, yet the chest strap has so much extra webbing, it's long enough to fly up and strike my face in the wind. Osprey definitely needs a redo on this model. Big loser. Probably the first time I've written a negative review for an Osprey product.

I like bags and i was looking for a wheeled, light weight carry on bag. all my other carry ons were either too heavy (ebags) or no wheels (ton bihn). this one looked promising. but the style is not very forgiving in terms of packing and despite it's claim of what it can hold, there's no way it fits that much. plus the material is a little flimsy and I worried about rain. i ended up getting an eagle creek that's only 1.75 pounds heavier and is expandable and holds much more, despite having the same dimensions.

This is the second Transporter 65 duffel I have purchased. My favorite features are the wide U-shaped opening, the bright colored interior, and the thoughtfully designed carry handles that work nicely as a backpack for trucking through the airport or lugging things in from the car. I wouldn't want to walk miles this way, but they function as intended. There are some nice interior side pockets for organization also.

Love this pack. It's the perfect size for a day hike. I love the padded back panel; it keeps the pack from resting on my back...the added 'air space' keeps me from getting to sweaty and hot. Love that it has space for a water bladder and still could get jackets, snacks in the big pocket and phone, ID and smaller items in front pocket. Perfect pack for me. Highly recommend.

I ordered the Questa and Nova because I liked them both and wanted to see which one fit my needs better. The Questa was the winner because it fit better and the way the inside was arranged is more useful for me. I need to use it for work and can get notebooks and things I would usually carry in my purse and a jacket in the main compartment without being overstuffed. The side pockets will hold an umbrella and my water bottle. If I want to use it on the weekends, I can get everything in the main compartment and strap my beach towel to the outside without having to worry about it being damp or getting sand inside. I have several Osprey bags and luggage and they are very well made with excellent customer service and warranty.

Bought to use for long distance traveling as carry on. Very light weight and comfortable straps. Only wished there were other color options than the ones available.

I love everything about this pack, it's perfect. Pack at light and it compacts down, or let out the straps and fit a sweatshirt, umbrella & extra water. Perfect for hiking, biking & snowboarding.

I bought this pack to replace my Osprey Jet pack, which after several year of hard use, just wasn't holding up anymore ( it is a kids pack after all). This one has a few more bells and whistles than I was used too and they were all greatly appreciated. This pack serves well as a day pack for hiking with plenty of room for lunch, raincoat, sunscreen, etc. I recently brought it on its first international adventure and it served great as an all round pack for everywhere we went. It feels much larger than my old jet pack, which may take some getting used to, but the extra features and quality of this pack make up for the size difference. this feel like a pack that was built to last. Love the hiking pole attachments and the bladder insert. The pack is very comfortable even when the bladder is full.

Cute and well made bag, but a little small for my husband's travel stuff.

I love this pack! It's so comfortable, and holds a LOT. The hidden zipper pockets are perfect for small items, and the hip pockets and water bottle holders are easily accessible. I'm a larger woman and the hip belt and chest strap are nicely adjustable. Great pack!

TSA laptop compartment is a great feature. If you travel, this is a great bag, quickly pass through security checks without removing your PC. Plenty of room and compresses down nicely once not full.

Love the size, the weight, the functionality. Unfortunately this bag has not held up to travel. The fabric that covers the frame has torn and the bag looks raggy, though still holds together enough to use. Okay for a few light trips but not up to the demands of real-world travel.

This is an *excellent* little bag ! Purse sized, I guess, but that's what I wanted - not a massive load of cargo. It's big enough to hold a crushable jacket (like one of those thin down puffy ones that crush up well) or a paperback book & reading glasses, plus the usual phone, cash & cards, keys, etc. I don't carry a ton of makeup or a HUGE wallet, so is is the perfect size for me. I wanted it specifically for a trip to NYC - something that I can leave the hotel room in the morning with and have all my things for the day - including a jacket for later - but not be hauling around a backbreaking ton of crap. It is probably NOT large enough if you have kids or want to carry a huge jug of water or a boatload of makeup bag or a full size camera. But if you travel light, it's ideal. It's also nice deep black and looks nice enough for the city, not too schlumpy, or like you just came in from a hike.

This is a great pack! The construction is high quality, like all Osprey packs. There are lots of little pockets to help with organization, and a great perk that it comes with a hydration bladder! The Osprey AG suspension is so comfortable, it will hug your hips and stay on your back even if you don't have it buckled (if it's empty, that is). Also, regarding the color - I ordered "Spruce Green" and received a pack that was Osprey's "Bondi Blue". Volume-wise, this pack could accommodate what I would consider a lot of gear for a day hike, such as lunch and light sweatshirts for 2-4 people, plus essentials - keys, phones, wallets, first aid, etc. Ultimately, it was just a little too much pack for me.
