A great crossover shoe. Very comfortable right out of the box, although I use replacement insoles. A superior quality to my previous Merrill Moab's.

I am impressed with Oboz Sawtooth shoes. I bought the wide and they fit perfectly right out of the box. Walk daily these shoes are very kind to my feet. And getting them from Zappos was quick and easy. Thanks, Zappos!

Not my favorite colour. I didn't want brown, but these shoes had excellent ratings for my high arches. I will return and get a half size larger shoe. These ratings and this review are only after my first wearing of the shoe. Once I get the correct size, then my review will hopefully be more positive. :)

This is my 4th pair of Oboz, from low cut breathable hiker to lite trail shoe, & second light hiking boot. I have a wider than average forefoot and narrow heel. This brand just fits well, and has been comfortable in all these different lasts.

Ordered a 10.5 (and that is my go-to size) but this shoe runs small. Also I prefer a stiff sole for hiking here in the Rockies. This seemed a little soft. Returning the shoes.

By far the best hiking shoe I have ever purchased. We just got back from hiking AZ and I looked forward to wearing these everyday. Great traction with and awesome sole. Didn't feel every little rock poking through like with my Merrill's.The heel felt very stable as well.Oboz are my go to hiking shoe for now on!

selected this shoe because it was described as large toe box but narrow heel. I still had movement in the heel and I wish the shoe had the lacing configuration so you could make the loops to tighten down to help stop movement in the heel as well. I have a big problem with this movement but no shoe works as advertised, it does have a very comfortable toe box and hasn't given me a blister. I have worn it for many miles several times.

Fit nice out of the box and true to size. I ordered a Northface pair along with these Oboz and this was my choice between the two because of comfort.

Wow, I'm really glad to discover this brand! I was looking to a hiking/trail running shoe that was waterproof and also good for long fast city walks of up to 2 hrs. I ordered 5 pairs and this was far and away my favorite. It's fairly light for a hiking shoe so I can do short running or wind sprints in it. It's sturdy and a little stiffer than my previous shoes so it took a couple of days getting used to that but now I love them! Great for anyone who likes Keens - wide but not too wide and not a big heel drop (I hate that most running shoes feel like I'm in heels).

My first pair and couldn't be happier. Wore through most of the fall and (mild) midwest winter with great traction, comfort (stayed dry) and a bit of style (e.g. I can wear almost anywhere). The sole is firm but not hard (like my Lowe's) and promotes a natural heel-toe rolloff. The shoe does not breath too much so I stick to mid/light-weight wool and usually unlace a bit if I'm going to be indoors for awhile. And unlike many alternatives...they are Made in America.

I really liked the oboz bridger low look and construction of the shoe. Unfortunately I had to return this item as it created a pressure point on my ankles!

Had high hopes for these to replace Merrell and Skechers which have both gone down the quality drain. Seem to be built well but something about the styling is off. Very narrow. Sent back and still searching for something to replace the beloved old Merrell Chameleons.

This was my first pair of Oboz. I have plantar fasciitis so I depend on having solid shoe structure and not too much cushioning. These felt supportive in all of the right areas with my Sole insoles. However, these were too wide. My feet are reliably a B width in Merrell and Nike brand but not in Adidas. I say that for reference. Unfortunately, these will be returned. If they had fit, I think I would have kept them.

Love these shoes! At the end of my pregnancy I had plantar fasciitis & bought these shoes to ease my foot pain. (They worked perfectly & were super comfortable out of the box!) After the birth of my daughter, I put them away for a while (as it turns out, hiking is tough with an infant!) Two years later I broke my toe and couldn't find a pair of shoes that was sufficiently supportive yet loose enough in the toe box that it didn't cause additional pain. I pulled out my trusty Oboz shoes & they saved me again! I've been wearing them almost every day for 4 months & they're consistently comfortable for any activity & holding up great. Highly recommended!

I loved this shoe. After trying several "day hikers" I settled on this one - and they took me across 800 kms (500 miles) in Spain as I walked the Camino de Santiago. I am buying another pair for this year's trek - again along the Camino de Santiago.

I have multiple foot problems. These shoes are very comfortable. Soft but sturdy sole. Just perfect for my wide feet and narrow heels. The arch support is moderate, but I feel you could use additional orthotic support if needed. Heel is nice and snug as I usually have slippage problems. This is my second pair of Oboz's. Previously had the Luna's and they were great also.

My husband loves these shoes. They are very well made and seemingly far superior to M..... and K... brands :)

Oboz are really fabulous. I returned mine because they were not the "BDry" version that I needed. Be careful when you read the description. The only waterproof are the BDry but the others (like this one) also stated waterproof when it is not. It is an error in the description. But these shoes are beyond amazing. If you don't need waterproof get them, if you do, get the Sawtooth BDry version. I used to be a fan of Merrell, not any more! I could not possibly be happier with a hiking boot. I hike every day, in rocky terrain, 3-5 miles. Blessed to live in California :)

We have been hiking in Merrell's for the past 10 years. This last set of hiking boots didn't last long enough to justify another pair. Someone suggested we try these out and gosh dang are they amazing. The fit is fabulous. The sole is super grabby on rocks. And they are waterproof for those waterfall hikes. These are well made, high quality boots for daily hiking. Get them.

Being an active person with high arches this footwear offers great support. Along with its high quality - I see myself devoting to this brand.

These are the perfect light-hiking, rough-and-tumble shoes for my feet: I have a narrow heel, very high instep and need a wide toe box. They're not too stiff or heavy and were comfortable right out of the box. Plenty of room for toes and a baker's bunion. I tried on 7 other brands that were recommended narrow heel/wide toe, and found these to be by far the best. They are a nice snug fit through the instep. I wear a size 7.5 in running shoes and 7 in dress shoes, but for this a size 7 was perfect.
